The tender was announced in the form of an open request for quotations without prequalification of bidders for the right to enter into an Agreement for the development of a project for the title “Construction of a wind power plant with an installed capacity of 68.4 MW.” The project is located in the Leningrad region.
Applications are accepted from July 24 to August 7, 2018.
It should be noted that with the aim of guaranteeing the competencies of applicants, the initiator of the tender examines proposals only from member of RAWI.
